Mix crust ingredients and press into 9×13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Mix together topping ingredients and pour over crust. Bake for an additional 25 minutes, until set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm. Cool. Serve at room temperature or chilled. | |
