Mix a regular pancake batter, pour about 3/4 cup onto a buttered dinner plate and zap for 45 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes. Top with the usual condiments for breakfast, or drop shredded bits of ham and cheese into the batter before cooking to make this a dinner-worthy treat.
