Emilie and Lea's secrets

Just for you, we've prepared a nice gift before Christmas: a recipe a day for ten days to prepare and a great Christmas gift 25! We thought, cooked and tasted dishes to please you before the holidays. Full of surprises await you for ten days, pretty simple and original ideas that we hope you will enjoy!

So to start, we offer our contribution to homemade gourmet gifts that are all the rage this year. Salt to offer all pink in a pretty pot or jealously guard for himself!

It's beautiful, it's festive and it will perfectly accompany a recipe to come!

Fleur de sel pink beet and red berries

Ingredients (for a small pot)

100 g of sea salt
30 g of red berries
1 beet 1 sachet pink raw or cooked beets

Go beet the centrifuge in order to catch the juice. If you do not have a centrifuge, collect the juice found inside a packet of cooked beets.

Mix sea salt and beet juice until the desired color.

Preheat oven to 100 . Put salt on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes to let it dry salt.

Stir well, allow to cool and mix with pink peppercorns.
