Homemade Ranch Dressing

If you donít have buttermilk on hand, you can combine 3 1/2 tablespoons of milk and 1 1/2 teaspoons of lemon juice in a small bowl. Let it stand for 5 minutes until it curdles. Thatís it! Makes 1 1/4 cups.

For Dressing:
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried chives
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Directions:
Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl. Adjust seasonings to taste.
