Fully Loaded Taco Bites

1 pkg Won Ton wrappers (in the produce section)
1 lb ground turkey
Taco Seasoning packet
1 can black beans, drained, rinsed and roughly chopped
3/4 cup shredded cheese

Toppings of your choice. I used:
Finely shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced green onions, sour cream and sliced olives.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

With cooking spray, coat a nonstick muffin tin. Gently press one wrapper into each muffin cup.
Brown ground turkey. Add seasoning packet and cook as directed.
Stir chopped black beans into seasoned turkey. Using a Tablespoon, fill won ton wrappers with one scoop each and sprinkle lightly with cheese.

Bake in oven for 8 minutes.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with your favorite toppings.

Serve while warm or cold. They’re delish either way!

Makes approx. 42 Taco Bites.
