COOL WHIP Watermelon Sorbet

3 cups watermelon
1/2 cup sugar
1 (8 ounce) tub COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

In a blender, puree the watermelon with the sugar. In a large, plastic bowl, stir the watermelon puree with the whipped topping. Add food coloring, if desired. Cover bowl tightly with plastic wrap, then place in freezer. Every 20-minutes or so, use a fork to scrape the sorbet to keep it from turning into a solid mass. Scoop into small cups after about 2-3 hours of freezing. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, serve and enjoy!
