I was a bit skeptical myself. I decided to try it and let me tell you it is sooooo yummy! - Mash the egg and banana together, it is pretty simple.
- Incorporate 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. Mix it well.
- Now cook it! Through trial and error I have found it is best to work with smaller pancakes. You know it is time to flip when when they start to get bubbly on the top. The end result is so satisfying and healthy for you too!
