1 1/2 cups full fat coconut Milk (try Natural Value which is BPA and guar gum free)
1 cup filtered water (or more coconut milk at a ratio you like)
Alternatively you could use 2 1/2 cups of cashew/almond/raw milk
Alternatively you could replace the above ingredients with 2 1/2 cup
home made coconut milk6 Tbls fresh roasted pumpkin
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 - 3 Tbls or more raw honey/agave
Optional: Add a 1 tea bag of your favorite black tea or red tea(steep while heating, about 4 min) for a great Pumpkin Chai Tea.
Or replace some of the water for a shot of espresso or 1/4 cup of brewed coffee for a Pumpkin Spice Latte. I like to use all full fat coconut milk when making lattes.
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend till well combined and smooth.
Either pour over ice or heat in a small sauce pan till it just breaks into a boil. Sprinkle with a little extra nutmeg... Serve and enjoy!
