Flavored colored sugar cubes

Servings: about 36 sugar cubes
What you need

for white lumps
220 gr of fine white granulated sugar
12 grams of lemon juice
for lumps green
220 gr of fine white granulated sugar
12 grams of mint syrup
for lumps pink
220 gr of fine white granulated sugar
12 grams of pomegranate juice

How to proceed

The process for making these colored flavored sugar cubes is the same for all three types listed in the ingredients: green, white and pink.
  • In a bowl, mix and crush with a fork sugar with the liquid of your choice.
  • You will need to obtain a compound similar to wet sand.
  • Distribute the mixture into a silicone mold for chocolate dry.
  • Press with your fingers and draw the surface with a spatula or a tarot.
  • Enter the mold in the microwave for 35 seconds at 850 watts.
  • Extract from the oven and let cool cubes in molds.
  • After a few minutes Gently extract the lumps by applying pressure from the bottom, in this way the lumps come off without breaking.
  • Should be stored in an airtight container.

Notes
For this dish you should strictly comply with the doses and the cooking time, just so the success of cubes is guaranteed. The risk of being left with lumps of fragile or worse with caramel.
