Take a trip to flavortown with these mouthwatering Bacon Wrapped Sweet Potatoes, slathered in a tangy barbecue sauce.

Ingredients
4 medium sweet potatoes
8 strips thick-cut pasture-raised bacon
1 cup Paleo barbecue sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Wrap two strips of bacon around each sweet potato, overlapping slightly. Secure the ends of the bacon onto the sweet potatoes using toothpicks. Place the sweet potatoes onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush half of the barbecue sauce onto the tops and sides of each sweet potato.
Bake for 55-60 minutes and brush with remaining barbecue sauce halfway through the cooking process.
Remove from oven and let cool five minutes before serving.
