Ingredients (for a small pot)
100 g of sea salt
30 g of red berries
1 beet 1 sachet pink raw or cooked beets
Description
Go beet the centrifuge in order to catch the juice. If you do not have a centrifuge, collect the juice found inside a packet of cooked beets.
Mix sea salt and beet juice until the desired color.
Preheat oven to 100 °. Put salt on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes to let it dry salt.
Stir well, allow to cool and mix with pink peppercorns.
