Other tips: - Keep it simple don't spend too much time with charts and graphs
- Make sure everything has its place "don't put it down, put it away"
- Store like items together. Don't waste time going here and there to get started on something. Put items in one place.
- Even if you're neat, you may not be organized. Write it down, and read it!
- Get rid of items no longer used.
- Invest in proper tools, organizers, hooks, racks, etc.
- Keep a master list - notebook or journal log your stuff
- Use labels and signs - color code household members, signs so everyone knows where things belong
- Regularly reevaluate your system to ensure that it is benefiical
