Foaming Vanilla Honey Bath
Ingredients

1 C. oil
1/2 C. honey
1/2 C. liquid soap
1 Tbs. pure vanilla extract

Directions

Mix together all the ingredients and pour into a clean bottle with a tight fitting stopper or lid.

Attach to the Jar: Foaming Vanilla Honey Bath To use, shake before using. Pour 1/4 C. into the bath under running water.

Yield: 16 oz. (enough for 8 baths)

Bubble Bath Empty

Ingredients

5 drops green apple fragrance
1 quart (4 C.) distilled water|
1 4 oz. bar castille soap (humectant; grated or flaked), you can also use 1 C. unscented shampoo as an alternative to the castille soap.
1 1/2 oz. liquid glycerin (skin moisturizer)
5 drops green food coloring (optional)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Store in a container. Pour in running water.

Ingredients

2 C. dry powdered milk (regular or dried goat milk powder)
1/2 C. Epsom salts
1/2 C. sea salt
1/2 C. baking soda
6 drops lavender essential oil
4 drops rose or rose geranium essential oil

Directions

Mix all the ingredients but the oils, together into a glass bowl. Drop the oils in and work it together with a large wooden spoon or rubber spatula. Pour into a container--leave the lid off for a day or so--then stir and cover. Give with instructions.

To Use: 1/2 C. or into a warm bath while it fills.
