Ingredients
1 banana
1/4 cup blueberries
A handful of hemp nuts
1/2 cup apple juice
1 tsp flaxseed oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients and blend. Pour into ice cube container and freeze overnight. Put 4 ice cubes in a travel coffee mug in the morning and let them melt on the way to work.
